1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NoNic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal smoking age in your jurisdiction) to use NoNic. This App is not intended for children.

3. Medical Disclaimer

NoNic is designed to help you track your nicotine intake. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult a doctor before making changes to your nicotine consumption, especially if you have underlying health conditions.

4. Subscriptions

Billing: NoNic Pro is billed to your Apple ID. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings. Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoNic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
